Biography

Hatim Abdullah is the Founder and Managing Director of MediaMentors360 and a senior leadership trainer with more than two decades of experience in executive leadership, organizational development, and professional training.

Throughout his career, Hatim has held senior executive roles, including serving as Director of Human Resources, where he focused extensively on leadership development and executive training for C-level and Vice President–level leaders across both industrial and educational sectors.

His professional work centers on developing leadership capacity, strengthening strategic thinking, and building high-performance organizational cultures. Hatim is known for his practical and results-driven approach to training, helping leaders translate strategic ideas into effective decision-making and measurable outcomes.

Through MediaMentors360, he continues to design and deliver programs that support professionals, executives, and institutions in developing strong leadership, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
