Course Description
This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of visual and practical video editing using Final Cut Pro — one of the most powerful professional editing software tools in the film, advertising, and digital media industries. Participants will learn aesthetic and technical principles of editing, media organization, timeline workflow, color correction, effects, and video output.
Learning Objectives
1. Understand the principles of editing and its role in visual storytelling.
2. Import and organize media footage within Final Cut Pro.
3. Use essential editing tools (Trim, Cut, Ripple, Slip, Slide).
4. Adjust and correct colors, and apply visual effects and transitions.
5. Add sound and music, and balance audio levels.
6. Export the final video in professional quality for publishing.
