Terms and Conditions Policy

  1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services, platforms, training programs, consulting engagements, memberships, media productions, websites, and digital properties operated by MediaMentors360 LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, registering for services, purchasing courses, subscribing to memberships, attending workshops, engaging in consulting, or partnering as an instructor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

  1. Company Profile and Scope of Services

MediaMentors360 LLC is a registered entity in Doha, Qatar, operating internationally and serving clients worldwide.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Training and Development Programs
  • Business Evaluation and Consultation
  • Corporate and Institutional Advisory
  • TV and Media Production
  • Documentary Film Making
  • Storytelling and Content Production
  • Virtual and On-Site Workshops
  • Membership-Based Learning Programs
  • Instructor-Led Course Marketplace

While our foundation is built on over 25 years of progressive media expertise, we have expanded into training, business advisory, evaluation, and capacity-building services.

  1. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use services only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms occurs.

  1. Memberships, Courses, and Service Access

Membership subscriptions, training enrollments, consulting services, and course purchases grant limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive access to our content and services.

Access may be restricted, revoked, or modified if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Policies are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Operational or legal needs require intervention
  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, media content, course outlines, curricula, lesson content, videos, graphics, text, branding, scripts, storytelling assets, and digital resources produced or hosted by MediaMentors360 LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of MediaMentors360 LLC or its subsidiaries.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Courses
  • Workshops
  • Media productions
  • Documentary materials
  • Storytelling assets
  • Digital content
  • Training frameworks
  • Website materials

Strict Prohibition

No copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, screen-recording, republishing, translation, modification, or reuse — in whole or in part — is permitted without explicit written authorization.

Violations will be pursued decisively and to the fullest legal extent, including civil and criminal remedies where applicable.

  1. Course Quality, Standards, and Disclaimer

While MediaMentors360 LLC delivers high-caliber, in-house-designed training with professional rigor, outcomes depend on participant engagement, skill level, and external factors.

We do not guarantee specific financial, employment, or performance outcomes.

  1. Right to Modify, Reschedule, Replace Instructors, or Cancel Workshops

Although we exert maximum effort to maintain high-standard, timely, and consistent delivery, MediaMentors360 LLC retains the exclusive right to:

  • Reschedule sessions
  • Modify course structures
  • Replace or reassign instructors
  • Alter delivery formats
  • Cancel workshops without prior notice

Force Majeure Conditions

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Extreme weather
  • Technical failures
  • Platform outages
  • Health emergencies
  • Instructor incapacity
  • Medical emergencies or death
  • Governmental restrictions
  • Security threats
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

MediaMentors360 LLC bears no liability for losses arising from such events, whether individually or combined.

  1. Payment Terms, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

Course Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellation within 24 hours from payment → Receives Full Refund
  • Cancellation within the last 72 hours prior to workshop start → 75% penalty → Receives 25%
  • No-shows or late cancellations within the last 48 hours prior to workshop start → No refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, with reimbursement issued after the 14-day period via the original payment method or equivalent.

  1. Instructor Registration, Approval, and Revenue Policy

Instructor Onboarding

Any individual wishing to become a freelance instructor must:

  • Register via the website
  • Apply for instructor status
  • Await formal approval from MediaMentors360 LLC

Course Approval

Even after instructor approval:

  • Each submitted course requires content, quality, and compliance approval
  • MediaMentors360 LLC retains the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove courses
  • Instructors shall not be authorized to delete any courses without full approval from MediaMentors360 LLC administration

Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors must:

  • Publish courses on the MediaMentors360 LLC platform
  • Promote their courses at their own expense
  • Maintain content quality and professionalism

Revenue Share

  • Instructors receive 40% of net course revenue, after applicable expenses
  • Withdrawals require a minimum balance of USD $100 (or equivalent)
  • Funds can only be considered earned and be withdrawn 3 days after the workshop is delivered
  1. Media Production and Client Content Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • MediaMentors360 LLC retains rights to creative processes, edits, templates, and proprietary frameworks
  • Client ownership rights apply only to finalized, contracted deliverables
  • Raw footage, drafts, unused content, and creative methods remain the property of MediaMentors360 LLC
  1. Consulting and Business Advisory Disclaimer

All consulting, business evaluation, strategy, and advisory services are provided without warranties of financial or operational outcomes.

Decisions made based on our guidance remain the sole responsibility of the client.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect confidentiality of:

  • Clients
  • Corporate partners
  • Instructors
  • Students

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MediaMentors360 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses
  • Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the relevant service
  1. Code of Conduct

Users must not:

  • Harass participants or instructors
  • Disrupt sessions
  • Share copyrighted materials
  • Post harmful or misleading content
  • Attempt unauthorized platform access

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

  1. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Restrict access
  • Remove content
  • Deny services

At our sole discretion.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Qatar.

Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts, unless otherwise contractually agreed.

  1. Amendments and Updates

MediaMentors360 LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.

   19. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

   20. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

   21. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.    23. Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

   24. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. من خلال الوصول إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني، أو التسجيل في خدماتنا، أو شراء الدورات، أو الاشتراك في العضويات، أو حضور ورش العمل، أو التعاقد للاستشارات، أو الشراكة كمدرب، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط.

ورغم أن أساسنا مبني على أكثر من 25 عامًا من الخبرة الإعلامية المتقدمة، فقد توسعنا إلى خدمات التدريب والاستشارات التجارية والتقييم وبناء القدرات.

الأهلية ومسؤوليات المستخدم

يجب على المستخدمين:

أن يكونوا بعمر 18 عامًا على الأقل أو بموافقة ولي الأمر
تقديم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة وصحيحة
الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول
استخدام الخدمات لأغراض قانونية فقط

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول في حال إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو انتهاك هذه الشروط.

العضويات والدورات والوصول إلى الخدمات

توفر الاشتراكات والالتحاق بالتدريب وخدمات الاستشارات وشراء الدورات حق وصول محدود وغير قابل للتحويل وغير حصري إلى المحتوى والخدمات.

قد يتم تقييد أو إلغاء أو تعديل الوصول في الحالات التالية:

عدم الوفاء بالالتزامات المالية
انتهاك السياسات
اكتشاف نشاط احتيالي
الحاجة التشغيلية أو القانونية للتدخل

حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المواد التدريبية والمحتوى الإعلامي ومخططات الدورات والمناهج ومحتوى الدروس والفيديوهات والرسوم والنصوص والعلامات التجارية والنصوص الإبداعية وأصول السرد والموارد الرقمية التي تنتجها أو تستضيفها MediaMentors360 LLC هي ملكية فكرية حصرية للشركة أو لشركاتها التابعة.

ويشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

الدورات
ورش العمل
الإنتاجات الإعلامية
المواد الوثائقية
أصول السرد
المحتوى الرقمي
أطر التدريب
مواد الموقع الإلكتروني

حظر صارم

يُمنع منعًا باتًا النسخ أو إعادة الإنتاج أو إعادة التوزيع أو إعادة البيع أو تسجيل الشاشة أو إعادة النشر أو الترجمة أو التعديل أو إعادة الاستخدام — كليًا أو جزئيًا — دون إذن كتابي صريح.

وسيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بأقصى درجات الحزم، بما في ذلك الإجراءات المدنية والجنائية حيثما ينطبق.

جودة الدورات وإخلاء المسؤولية

رغم أن MediaMentors360 LLC تقدم تدريبًا عالي المستوى ومصممًا داخليًا باحترافية، فإن النتائج تعتمد على تفاعل المشارك ومستوى مهارته والعوامل الخارجية.

ولا نضمن نتائج مالية أو وظيفية أو أداء محددة.

الحق في التعديل أو إعادة الجدولة أو استبدال المدربين أو إلغاء ورش العمل

مع بذل أقصى الجهود للحفاظ على جودة وتوقيت واتساق الخدمات، تحتفظ MediaMentors360 LLC بالحق الحصري في:

إعادة جدولة الجلسات
تعديل هيكل الدورات
استبدال أو إعادة تعيين المدربين
تغيير صيغة التقديم
إلغاء ورش العمل دون إشعار مسبق

حالات القوة القاهرة

ويشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

الظروف الجوية القاسية
الأعطال التقنية
تعطل المنصات
الحالات الصحية الطارئة
عجز المدرب
الطوارئ الطبية أو الوفاة
القيود الحكومية
التهديدات الأمنية
الأحداث الخارجة عن نطاق السيطرة المعقولة

ولا تتحمل MediaMentors360 LLC أي مسؤولية عن الخسائر الناتجة عن مثل هذه الأحداث.

شروط الدفع والإلغاء وسياسة الاسترداد

قواعد إلغاء الدورات

الإلغاء خلال 24 ساعة من الدفع → استرداد كامل
الإلغاء خلال آخر 72 ساعة قبل بدء الورشة → خصم 75% → استرداد 25%
عدم الحضور أو الإلغاء خلال آخر 48 ساعة قبل بدء الورشة → لا يوجد استرداد

معالجة الاسترداد

تتم معالجة المبالغ المعتمدة خلال 14 يوم عمل، ويتم السداد بعد انتهاء فترة الـ14 يومًا عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو ما يعادلها.

تسجيل المدربين والموافقة وسياسة الإيرادات

انضمام المدربين

يجب على أي شخص يرغب في أن يصبح مدربًا مستقلاً:

التسجيل عبر الموقع
التقدم بطلب صفة مدرب
انتظار الموافقة الرسمية من MediaMentors360 LLC

اعتماد الدورات

حتى بعد الموافقة على المدرب:

يجب اعتماد كل دورة من حيث المحتوى والجودة والامتثال
تحتفظ MediaMentors360 LLC بحق الموافقة أو الرفض أو التعديل أو إزالة الدورات
لا يُسمح للمدربين بحذف أي دورة دون موافقة الإدارة الكاملة

مسؤوليات المدرب

يجب على المدربين:

نشر دوراتهم على منصة MediaMentors360 LLC
الترويج لدوراتهم على نفقتهم الخاصة
الحفاظ على جودة واحترافية المحتوى

نسبة الإيرادات

يحصل المدربون على 40% من صافي إيرادات الدورة بعد خصم المصاريف
يتطلب السحب حدًا أدنى 100 دولار أمريكي
تُعتبر الأموال مكتسبة وقابلة للسحب بعد 7 أيام من تقديم الورشة

الإنتاج الإعلامي وملكية محتوى العميل

ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك كتابيًا:

تحتفظ MediaMentors360 LLC بحقوق العمليات الإبداعية والتعديلات والقوالب والأطر الخاصة
تنطبق ملكية العميل فقط على المخرجات النهائية المتعاقد عليها
تبقى اللقطات الخام والمسودات والمحتوى غير المستخدم والأساليب الإبداعية ملكًا للشركة

إخلاء مسؤولية الاستشارات

جميع خدمات الاستشارات وتقييم الأعمال والاستراتيجيات تُقدم دون ضمان نتائج مالية أو تشغيلية.

وتبقى القرارات المتخذة بناءً على توجيهاتنا مسؤولية العميل وحده.

السرية وحماية البيانات

نحترم سرية:

العملاء
الشركاء المؤسسيين
المدربين
الطلاب

ويُحظر الكشف غير المصرح به عن المعلومات السرية.

تحديد المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون:

لا تتحمل MediaMentors360 LLC مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية أو المالية
لا تتجاوز المسؤولية إجمالي المبلغ المدفوع مقابل الخدمة ذات الصلة

مدونة السلوك

يجب على المستخدمين عدم:

مضايقة المشاركين أو المدربين
تعطيل الجلسات
مشاركة مواد محمية بحقوق الطبع
نشر محتوى ضار أو مضلل
محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى المنصة

وقد تؤدي المخالفات إلى إنهاء فوري دون استرداد.

إنهاء العضوية

نحتفظ بالحق في:

تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات
تقييد العضوية والدخول للموقع
إزالة المحتوى
رفض تقديم الخدمات

وذلك وفقًا لتقديرنا المطلق.

القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر وتُفسر بموجبها.

وتختص المحاكم القطرية حصريًا بالنظر في النزاعات، ما لم يُتفق تعاقديًا على خلاف ذلك.

التعديلات والتحديثات

يجوز لـ MediaMentors360 LLC تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. ويُعد الاستمرار في استخدام الخدمات موافقة على التحديثات.

عند ترك الزوار تعليقات على الموقع، نقوم بجمع البيانات الظاهرة في نموذج التعليق، بالإضافة إلى عنوان IP الخاص بالزائر وسلسلة وكيل المتصفح للمساعدة في اكتشاف الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها.

الوسائط

عند تعديل أو نشر مقال، يتم حفظ ملف تعريف ارتباط إضافي ينتهي خلال يوم واحد.

المحتوى المضمن من مواقع أخرى

قد تتضمن المقالات محتوى مضمنًا (فيديوهات، صور، مقالات…). ويتصرف هذا المحتوى كما لو أنك زرت الموقع الآخر مباشرة.

قد تجمع هذه المواقع بيانات عنك، وتستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط، وتتبع تفاعلك مع المحتوى المضمن.

مع من نشارك بياناتك

إذا طلبت إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، فسيتم تضمين عنوان IP الخاص بك في رسالة إعادة التعيين.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

يتم الاحتفاظ بالتعليقات وبياناتها الوصفية إلى أجل غير مسمى.

بالنسبة للمستخدمين المسجلين، نخزن المعلومات الشخصية في ملفاتهم الشخصية، ويمكنهم عرضها أو تعديلها أو حذفها (باستثناء اسم المستخدم). ويمكن لإدارة الموقع أيضًا الوصول إليها وتعديلها.
