- Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services, platforms, training programs, consulting engagements, memberships, media productions, websites, and digital properties operated by MediaMentors360 LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, registering for services, purchasing courses, subscribing to memberships, attending workshops, engaging in consulting, or partnering as an instructor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
- Company Profile and Scope of Services
MediaMentors360 LLC is a registered entity in Doha, Qatar, operating internationally and serving clients worldwide.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Training and Development Programs
- Business Evaluation and Consultation
- Corporate and Institutional Advisory
- TV and Media Production
- Documentary Film Making
- Storytelling and Content Production
- Virtual and On-Site Workshops
- Membership-Based Learning Programs
- Instructor-Led Course Marketplace
While our foundation is built on over 25 years of progressive media expertise, we have expanded into training, business advisory, evaluation, and capacity-building services.
- Eligibility and User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use services only for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms occurs.
- Memberships, Courses, and Service Access
Membership subscriptions, training enrollments, consulting services, and course purchases grant limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive access to our content and services.
Access may be restricted, revoked, or modified if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- Policies are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Operational or legal needs require intervention
- Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, media content, course outlines, curricula, lesson content, videos, graphics, text, branding, scripts, storytelling assets, and digital resources produced or hosted by MediaMentors360 LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of MediaMentors360 LLC or its subsidiaries.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Courses
- Workshops
- Media productions
- Documentary materials
- Storytelling assets
- Digital content
- Training frameworks
- Website materials
Strict Prohibition
No copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, screen-recording, republishing, translation, modification, or reuse — in whole or in part — is permitted without explicit written authorization.
Violations will be pursued decisively and to the fullest legal extent, including civil and criminal remedies where applicable.
- Course Quality, Standards, and Disclaimer
While MediaMentors360 LLC delivers high-caliber, in-house-designed training with professional rigor, outcomes depend on participant engagement, skill level, and external factors.
We do not guarantee specific financial, employment, or performance outcomes.
- Right to Modify, Reschedule, Replace Instructors, or Cancel Workshops
Although we exert maximum effort to maintain high-standard, timely, and consistent delivery, MediaMentors360 LLC retains the exclusive right to:
- Reschedule sessions
- Modify course structures
- Replace or reassign instructors
- Alter delivery formats
- Cancel workshops without prior notice
Force Majeure Conditions
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Technical failures
- Platform outages
- Health emergencies
- Instructor incapacity
- Medical emergencies or death
- Governmental restrictions
- Security threats
- Events beyond our reasonable control
MediaMentors360 LLC bears no liability for losses arising from such events, whether individually or combined.
- Payment Terms, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
Course Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation within 24 hours from payment → Receives Full Refund
- Cancellation within the last 72 hours prior to workshop start → 75% penalty → Receives 25%
- No-shows or late cancellations within the last 48 hours prior to workshop start → No refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, with reimbursement issued after the 14-day period via the original payment method or equivalent.
- Instructor Registration, Approval, and Revenue Policy
Instructor Onboarding
Any individual wishing to become a freelance instructor must:
- Register via the website
- Apply for instructor status
- Await formal approval from MediaMentors360 LLC
Course Approval
Even after instructor approval:
- Each submitted course requires content, quality, and compliance approval
- MediaMentors360 LLC retains the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove courses
- Instructors shall not be authorized to delete any courses without full approval from MediaMentors360 LLC administration
Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors must:
- Publish courses on the MediaMentors360 LLC platform
- Promote their courses at their own expense
- Maintain content quality and professionalism
Revenue Share
- Instructors receive 40% of net course revenue, after applicable expenses
- Withdrawals require a minimum balance of USD $100 (or equivalent)
- Funds can only be considered earned and be withdrawn 3 days after the workshop is delivered
- Media Production and Client Content Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- MediaMentors360 LLC retains rights to creative processes, edits, templates, and proprietary frameworks
- Client ownership rights apply only to finalized, contracted deliverables
- Raw footage, drafts, unused content, and creative methods remain the property of MediaMentors360 LLC
- Consulting and Business Advisory Disclaimer
All consulting, business evaluation, strategy, and advisory services are provided without warranties of financial or operational outcomes.
Decisions made based on our guidance remain the sole responsibility of the client.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
We respect confidentiality of:
- Clients
- Corporate partners
- Instructors
- Students
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MediaMentors360 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses
- Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the relevant service
- Code of Conduct
Users must not:
- Harass participants or instructors
- Disrupt sessions
- Share copyrighted materials
- Post harmful or misleading content
- Attempt unauthorized platform access
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Termination of Access
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict access
- Remove content
- Deny services
At our sole discretion.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Qatar.
Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts, unless otherwise contractually agreed.
- Amendments and Updates
MediaMentors360 LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.

19. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
20. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
21. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
